Thanks for such a detailed review. I was beginning to worry after reading so many bad reviews for this company in different blogs (most dated back in 2008) that I was going to have a horrible experience as I have already placed my order before reading any of these… I talked to customer service about 4 different times about my order before sending it to the press and they were very nice, professional, and helpful… From reading these mixed reviews from one year to the next, it seems like they’ve made some big changes. I really hope the quality of the products I ordered turn out great though!
